Business Policies - Code of Ethics

• If I don't do what I agree to do, you have a right to an adjustment of your investment*.

• Your goals are my goals.

• I respond to client questions or concerns in two business days or less (usually less).

• It's in the client's best interest to quote fixed fees**

These are the client advantages of fixed fees:

1	You will know the required investment in advance. So, your investment is predictable.
2	I am motivated to complete your work as quickly as possible.
3	If you determine that additional work is needed, and it's within the scope of the project, then I am obligated to do it. Project scope is provided to you as part of my quote. I will not start work until we both agree on the project scope, as confirmed in writing via email and/or by your advanced payment.
4	If I determine that additional work is needed, and it's within the scope of the project, then I am obligated to do it without a client decision or request.

* A business investment is an expense which is strategic and grows business profits. Requests for investment adjustments (refunds) must be received within 30 days of quoted completion.

** In the spirit of working for a client the client's way, I am also happy to quote using an hourly rate. It is simply not my preference, because it is my belief that this arrangement is generally not in the client's best interest. The hourly rate quote method is really only best if together we remain challenged to adequately define the project scope.
